The Matching Process

Matching process by cognitive style preference and defines the principle of “cognitive pairing”. Both potential mentee and mentor should complete an application form and nominate an individual to provide a short reference.

The information given will be used to match mentee to mentor, using career interest as the main criterion – though a mentor’s interest in or experience of a particular disability will be considered in matching process together with number of criterion. Both parties will then be asked to confirm if they are glad to be paired and ready to proceed.
